Obi\u010dno se radi o ograni\u010denim pokretima vratnog segmenta i bolu koji se \u010desto \u0161iri prema ramenima. Svakodnevne aktivnosti i na\u010din \u017eivota dovode do degenerativnih promena na me\u0111upr\u0161ljenskim zglobovima i intervertebralnim diskusima dovode\u0107i do postepenog su\u017eavanja i.v prostora a na ivicama pr\u0161ljena dolazi do stvaranja osteofita. Nagli pokreti glave, dugotrajni nepovoljni polo\u017eaji vrata u toku sna ili kod nekih profesija (profesinalni voza\u010di, rad za kompjuterom) mogu dovesti do iritacije nervnih korenova i kompresije vratnih arterija.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Cervikalni sindrom &#8211; simptomi<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"p2\">Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i simptomi cervikalnog sindroma su:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>palpatorna osetljivost i bolnost vrata i ramena<\/li>\r\n<li>spazam (gr\u010d) paravertebralne muskulature vrata<\/li>\r\n<li>ograni\u010dena pokretljivost vratne ki\u010dme<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Kao posledica iritacije nerava, pored bola i<a href=\"https:\/\/aleksandarmn.com\/blog\/povrede-misica-i-njihovo-lecenje\/\"> spazma vratne muskulature<\/a>, javlja se propagacija bola du\u017e jedne ruke sa ose\u0107ajem utrnulosti prstiju \u0161ake. Ponekad bolni sindrom vrata prate potilja\u010dne glavobolje.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Spazam mi\u0161i\u0107a vrata i ramena<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"p2\">Spazam mi\u0161i\u0107a vrata i ramena je nevoljna kontrakcija mi\u0161i\u0107a, gr\u010d, koji mo\u017ee biti izazvan o\u0161te\u0107enjem ili nedostatkom potrebnih nutritijenata. Manifestuje se kroz uko\u010denost mi\u0161i\u0107a vrata.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Cervikalni sindrom &#8211; le\u010denje<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>U le\u010denju ovog neprijatnog bolnog sindoma mogu se koristiti:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>medikamentna terapija (NSAIL, miorelaksansi, <strong>MB12 + B complex<\/strong>)<\/li>\r\n<li>\u0160ancova kragna ili okovratnik (u akutnoj fazi radi rastere\u0107enja vratne muskulature)<\/li>\r\n<li>fizikalna terapija (laseroterapija, magnetoterapija, elektroterapija, ultrazvu\u010dna terapija)<\/li>\r\n<li>kineziterapija<\/li>\r\n<li>Kinesiotape<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Najzna\u010dajnije mesto zauzima kineziterapija jer pozitivni efekti ve\u017ebanja ne samo da otklanjaju trenutne bolne tegobe ve\u0107 imaju i presudnu ulogu u prevenciji pojave ovog sindroma. Ve\u017ebe za cervikalni sindrom mogu biti stati\u010dke, ve\u017ebe bez pokreta jer se u njima stvara izometri\u010dka kontrakcija, tj. napetost u mi\u0161i\u0107u raste, a njegova se du\u017eina ne menja.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Kod dinami\u010dkih ve\u017ebi nastaje pokret i dolazi do promene u du\u017eini mi\u0161i\u0107a. Kao uvodna procedura pre izvo\u0111enja ve\u017ebi mogu se koristiti <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aleksandarmn.com\/blog\/mueller-akcija-40\/\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"4\">Mueller<\/a><\/strong> <strong>hladno\/topla pakovanja<\/strong> \u010dija je uloga zagrevanje mi\u0161i\u0107a. Ve\u017ebe obuhvataju pokrete fleksije, ekstenzije i rotacije.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Stati\u010dke ve\u017ebe za vrat<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Stavite \u0161aku na levu polovinu lica i gurajte u stranu daju\u0107i otpor \u0161akom (glava se ne pomera). Otpor \u0161ake neka traje dok izbrojite do tri. Vratiti u osnovni polo\u017eaj. Zatim isto ponoviti u desnu stranu.
