Elasti\u010dno tkivo koje poput amortizera i kliznog le\u017eaja \u0161titi kosti po\u010dinje da nestaje. Sre\u0107om, ovaj problem mo\u017eete da predupredite, najpre promenom \u017eivotnih navika u ishrani i kretanju, a od pomo\u0107i su i <b>ve\u017ebe za kolena <\/b>i kukove koje mo\u017eete da radite kod ku\u0107e.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Problemi sa bolovima u\u00a0zglobovima, naro\u010dito kolenima,\u00a0\u010desti su i kod mla\u0111ih i kod starijih osoba.\u00a0<strong>Uzroci su razni: vi\u0161ak kilograma, slabije kretanje, konstantno sedenje, godine.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<h2>Kretanje spre\u010dava bol u kolenu<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Prvo pravilo koje morate da uvedete u svakodnevnu rutinu je kretanje. Ipak, <a href=\"https:\/\/aleksandarmn.com\/brendovi\/joint-md\"><span class=\"s2\">artritis<\/span><\/a> je jedan od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih razloga koja ljudi navode kao razlog za izbegavanje fizi\u010dkih aktivnosti.<\/p>\r\n<h2>O\u0161te\u0107ena hrskavica kao uzrok bola u kolenu<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Zglobovi se sastoje od dve ili vi\u0161e kostiju koje omogu\u0107avaju pokretljivost ko\u0161tanomi\u0161i\u0107nog sistema kod \u010doveka. Glavna funkcija im je\u00a0<strong>pravilna raspodela optere\u0107enja.<\/strong>\u00a0S godinama <a href=\"https:\/\/aleksandarmn.com\/blog\/povrede-misica-i-njihovo-lecenje\/\">mi\u0161i\u0107i u telu postaju slabiji<\/a>, koli\u010dina te\u010dnosti u zglobovima se smanjuje, a sa njom i pokretljivost, pa mo\u017ee do\u0107i do pojave bola. Kada do\u0111e do o\u0161te\u0107enja ili \u010dak uni\u0161tenja tkiva u hrskavici, to stanje se naziva artroza.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ovo stanje je zapravo veoma \u010desto, a najte\u017ee se podnosi artroza<strong>\u00a0velikih zglobova\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; zglobova kolena, kuka, ramena i stopala.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Kako olak\u0161ati hroni\u010dan bol u kolenu i kuku<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Degenerativni proces se ne moze izle\u010diti, ali ga je mogu\u0107e usporiti, smanjiti tegobe i popraviti funkciju zgloba. Zadr\u017eite se u ovom polo\u017eaju pet do deset sekundi. Nemojte se spustiti u previ\u0161e dubok \u010du\u010danj, jer tako rizikujete povredu kolena. Ako osetite pritisak ili neugodnost u kolenima, prilagodite polo\u017eaj tela. Ponavljajte ve\u017ebu svaki put poku\u0161avaju\u0107i da se zadr\u017eite u \u201esede\u0107em\u201d polo\u017eaju nekoliko sekundi du\u017ee.
