Problem bola u le\u0111ima spada me\u0111u naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e razloge zbog kojih se tra\u017ei medicinska pomo\u0107, sto nije neobi\u010dno s obzirom na funkciju lumbalnog dela ki\u010dme: obezbe\u0111ivanje pokretljivosti tog dela tela, stabilizacija pr\u0161ljenova pri pokretima i optere\u0107enju, no\u0161enje tereta, amortizacija delovanja sile zemljine te\u017ee. Zna\u010dajan je u smislu medicinskog tretmana, pacijentove smanjene radne sposobnosti kao i mogu\u0107nosti da obavlja uobi\u010dajene aktivnosti.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Lubalni sindrom &#8211; bol u lumbalnom i lubosakralnom delu<\/h2>\r\n<p>Lumbalni sindrom je skup oboljenja i poreme\u0107aja koji izazivaju bol u lumbalnom i lumbosakralnom delu i mo\u017ee se \u0161iriti du\u017e jedne, re\u0111e du\u017e obe noge.<\/p>\r\n<p>Rizik nastanka bola u le\u0111ima dovodi se u vezu sa vi\u0161e faktora: starosno doba &#8211; obi\u010dno <strong>bol u krstima<\/strong> po\u010dinje izme\u0111u 25. i 45. godine \u017eivota ( normalni proces starenja muskuloskeletnog sistema) ; zanimanje &#8211; zanimanja koja zahtevaju mnogo sedenja predstavljaju ve\u0107i rizik za razvoj o\u0161te\u0107enja diskova izme\u0111u pr\u0161ljenova i pojave bola u le\u0111ima, &#8211; te\u0161ki manuelni poslovi koji uklju\u010duju dizanje tereta, &#8211; zanimanja koja uklju\u010duju vibracije (vo\u017enja automobila); dr\u017eanje tela &#8211; nepravilno dr\u017eanje tela mo\u017ee imati anatomske i funkcionalne uzroke ; visina i te\u017eina &#8211; kod vi\u0161ih osoba ve\u0107a je incidenca bola u le\u0111ima nego kod ni\u017eih osoba &#8211; te\u017eina je tako\u0111e bitan faktor, gojaznost pove\u0107ava rizik nastanka bola u le\u0111ima; trudno\u0107a &#8211; najmanje 50% trudnica ima problema sa bolom u le\u0111ima.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Lumbalni deo ki\u010dme<\/h2>\r\n<p>Lumbalni deo ki\u010dme obuhvata pr\u0161ljenove od L1 do L5, koji se nalaze izme\u0111u grudnih (T1-T2) i sakralnih. Lumbalni pr\u0161ljenovi se nazivaju jo\u0161 i slabinskim. Po du\u017eini, lumbalni deo je najdu\u017ei deo ki\u010dmene mo\u017edine.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Lumboishialgija i lumbalgija &#8211; uzroci i simptomi<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i oblici lumbalnog sindroma su KOMPRESIVNA RADIKULOPATIJA (LUMBOISHIALGIA) \u010diji je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i uzrok \u2013 hernija intervertebralnog diska, kada se bol \u0161iri du\u017e noge, prema stopalu ili no\u017enim prstima, \u2013 karakteristi\u010dne su utrnutost i parestezija uz smanjenu sposobnost podizanja ispru\u017eene noge; i NESPECIFI\u010cNI, JEDNOSTAVNI BOL U LE\u0110IMA (LUMBALGIA ), gde se simptomi javljaju uglavnom u lumbosakralnom podru\u010dju, bez znakova o\u0161te\u0107enja nervnih korenova ili ozbiljnijih oboljenja, \u2013 uzrok bola je obi\u010dno biomehani\u010dki po\u0161to je ki\u010dma kompleksan sistem izlo\u017een stalnom, velikom stati\u010dkom i dinami\u010dkom optere\u0107enju (nagli pokret, podizanje tereta)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Le\u010denje bola u donjem delu le\u0111a<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Analgetici, antireumatici, miorelaksanti, suplementi Vit B12 \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/aleksandarmn.com\/zdravlje\/nervni-sistem\">Super Neuro B12<\/a>,<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Fizikalna terapija (masa\u017ea, dijatermija, ultrazvuk),<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"> \u0160etnja, plivanje, umerena fizi\u010dka aktivnost,<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"> Za\u0161tita le\u0111a tokom svakodnevnih aktivnosti (pravilno dr\u017eanje le\u0111a i izbegavanje dugotrajnog sedenja),<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"> Kineziterapija.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Ve\u017ebe za lumbalni deo le\u0111a<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"p2\">Ono \u0161to je u le\u010denju najbitnije je svakako kineziterapija &#8211; ve\u017ebe za donji deo le\u0111a, \u010diji se intenzitet postepeno pove\u0107ava se preporu\u010duju, jer poma\u017eu u pobolj\u0161anju funkcionalnog kapaciteta misi\u0107a.
