Iako ne boli, insulinska rezistencija tiho remeti ravnote\u017eu u organizmu i iscrpljuje telo iznutra.<!--more--><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-1 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">\u0160ta je insulinska rezistencija?<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>Da bismo razumeli insulinsku rezistenciju, <strong>prvo moramo da razumemo ulogu insulina.<\/strong> Insulin je hormon koji lu\u010di pankreas i njegova glavna funkcija je da poma\u017ee glukozi (\u0161e\u0107eru iz krvi) da u\u0111e u \u0107elije \u2013 gde se koristi kao izvor energije ili skladi\u0161ti za kasnije.<\/p>\n<p>Kada sve funkcioni\u0161e kako treba, organizam odr\u017eava ravnote\u017eu \u0161e\u0107era u krvi bez ve\u0107ih oscilacija. Me\u0111utim, kod insulinske rezistencije \u0107elije postaju <strong>otporne<\/strong> na dejstvo insulina. Mo\u017ee trajati godinama bez vidljivih simptoma, \u0161to je \u010dini podmuklom i potencijalno opasnom ako se ne prepozna na vreme.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\" fusion-text-6\"><p>Jedan od glavnih razloga za\u0161to insulinska rezistencija ostaje dugo neprime\u0107ena jeste to \u0161to se simptomi razvijaju postepeno \u2013 i \u010desto ih povezujemo sa stresom, umorom ili \u201clo\u0161im navikama\u201d, a ne sa <a href=\"https:\/\/aleksandarmn.com\/blog\/hormonski-disbalans-simptomi-uzroci-lecenje\/\">ozbiljnim hormonskim disbalansom.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Evo naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih znakova koji mogu ukazivati na insulinsku rezistenciju:<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><h4><strong>Glavni simptomi<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hroni\u010dan umor<\/strong>, posebno nakon obroka bogatih ugljenim hidratima<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stalna glad<\/strong>, naro\u010dito <a href=\"https:\/\/aleksandarmn.com\/blog\/zavisnost-od-secera-zelja-za-slatkisima\/\">jaka potreba za slatki\u0161ima i rafinisanim grickalicama<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pote\u0161ko\u0107e s mr\u0161avljenjem<\/strong>, uprkos trudu \u2013 ili lako dobijanje kilograma, posebno u predelu stomaka<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zamagljen vid<\/strong> i povremene glavobolje povezane s fluktuacijom \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u010ceste promene raspolo\u017eenja<\/strong>, razdra\u017eljivost, anksioznost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><h4><strong>Specifi\u010dni fizi\u010dki znaci<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Tamne, bar\u0161unaste mrlje na ko\u017ei \u2013 naro\u010dito u pregibima vrata, pazuha ili iza kolena (stanje poznato kao <em>acanthosis nigricans<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Pove\u0107an obim struka, \u010dak i kod normalne telesne te\u017eine<\/li>\n<li>Fibromi, sitne meke izrasline na ko\u017ei, rezistencijom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-10\"><h4><strong>Kod mu\u0161karaca:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Smanjena energija, problemi sa koncentracijom<\/li>\n<li>Masna fusion-text-11\"><p>Iako simptomi mogu da uka\u017eu na postojanje insulinske rezistencije, <strong>kona\u010dna potvrda dolazi iz laboratorije<\/strong>. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e kori\u0161\u0107eni parametri su:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nivo glukoze u krvi na prazan stomak<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Nivo insulina na prazan stomak<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>HOMA-IR indeks<\/strong> \u2013 izra\u010dunava se na osnovu odnosa glukoze i insulina, i predstavlja naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i neinvazivni pokazatelj insulinske rezistencije<\/li>\n<li><strong>OGTT test (oralni test tolerancije na glukozu)<\/strong> sa merenjem insulina \u2013 detaljnija procena kako telo reaguje na unos glukoze<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-12\"><p><strong>Vrednosti koje mogu ukazivati na insulinsku rezistenciju:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Glukoza u krvi na prazan stomak: &gt;5.6 mmol\/L<\/li>\n<li>Insulin na prazan stomak: &gt;10 \u00b5IU\/mL (varira u zavisnosti od laboratorije)<\/li>\n<li>HOMA-IR indeks: &gt;2 smatra se povi\u0161enim, a &gt;2.5 jasno ukazuje na insulinsku rezistenciju<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Napomena:<\/strong><strong> Vrednosti se mogu razlikovati u zavisnosti od referentnih intervala laboratorije. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e je rezultat dugotrajne izlo\u017eenosti faktora koji ometaju balans hormona i metabolizma. U nastavku su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i uzroci i obja\u0161njenje \u0161ta ta\u010dno u telu \u201czaka\u017ee\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-6 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">1. Ishrana bogata \u0161e\u0107erima i rafinisanim ugljenim hidratima<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-14\"><p>Stalno uno\u0161enje hrane sa visokim glikemijskim indeksom dovodi do \u010destih skokova \u0161e\u0107era u krvi. Pankreas odgovara lu\u010denjem insulina \u2013 ali ako se to de\u0161ava svakodnevno, \u0107elije postaju prezasi\u0107ene i postepeno gube osetljivost na insulin (<a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC9762218\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DiNicolantonio i O\u2019Keefe, 2022<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-7 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">2. Fizi\u010dka neaktivnost<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-15\"><p>Mi\u0161i\u0107i tro\u0161e najve\u0107i deo glukoze iz krvi \u2013 ali samo ako se koriste. Kod ljudi koji malo treniraju ili imaju sedentaran na\u010din \u017eivota, mi\u0161i\u0107i mi\u0161i\u0107i prestaju da efikasno koriste glukozu, \u0161to doprinosi gomilanju \u0161e\u0107era i insulina u krvi. Konsenzus Ameri\u010dkog koled\u017ea za sportsku medicinu isti\u010de da redovno (\u010dak i umerenog intenziteta) ve\u017ebanje zna\u010dajno pobolj\u0161ava insulinsku osetljivost i smanjuje rizik od rezistencije, dok sedentarni stil \u017eivota ima suprotan efekat\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC8802999\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kanaley i sar., 2022<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-8 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">3. Pove\u0107an procenat visceralnih (unutra\u0161njih) masti<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-16\"><p>Masne \u0107elije, naro\u010dito u predelu stomaka, nisu pasivno tkivo \u2013 one lu\u010de inflamatorne citokine koji direktno remete insulinsku signalizaciju. Ove supstance mogu dovesti do tzv. \u201cmetaboli\u010dke inflamacije\u201d \u2013 hroni\u010dnog, tihog zapaljenja koje remeti metabolizam. Ima i blago antibakterijsko i antiinflamatorno dejstvo. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metabolismjournal.com\/article\/S0026-0495(08)00046-2\/abstract\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meta-analize pokazuju da berberin sni\u017eava HbA1c i glukozu kod osoba sa dijabetesom tipa 2.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-25\"><h4><strong>Alfa-lipoinska kiselina (ALA)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Sna\u017ean antioksidans koji poma\u017ee unos glukoze u mi\u0161i\u0107ne \u0107elije i \u0161titi od oksidativnog stresa. Posebno korisna kod osoba koje ose\u0107aju umor i \u201emaglu u glavi\u201c.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ekstrakt kore cimeta (Cinnamomum cassia ili verum)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Cimet, naro\u010dito u obliku standardizovanog ekstrakta, mo\u017ee pobolj\u0161ati <strong>osetljivost \u0107elija na insulin<\/strong> i pomo\u0107i u smanjenju glukoze u krvi. Njegovo delovanje se pripisuje jedinjenjima poput <strong>MHCP (methylhydroxychalcone polymer)<\/strong> koja imitiraju insulin i podsti\u010du unos glukoze u \u0107elije.<\/p>\n<p>Va\u017eno je birati <strong>proizvode sa standardizovanom dozom ekstrakta<\/strong> koji ne sadr\u017ee kumarin, koji je toksi\u010dan za jetru u ve\u0107im koli\u010dinama,<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Vitamin D<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Nizak nivo vitamina D povezan je sa lo\u0161ijom regulacijom glukoze.
