Svakodnevno se nosi s vetrom, suncem, grejanjem, klimom, stresom i sastojcima iz kozmetike. Zdrava ko\u017ea je pre svega hidrirana ko\u017ea, koja zna da zadr\u017ei vlagu. U tome le\u017ei osnova njene otpornosti, elasti\u010dnosti i sjaja.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Va\u017enost hidratacije ko\u017ee, posebno lica, se stalno nagla\u0161ava kroz savete stru\u010dnjaka, reklame i rutine nege koje obe\u0107avaju \u201edubinsku vlagu\u201c. Ve\u0107 znamo napamet: pijte vi\u0161e vode, koristite serum, nanesite \u00a0kremu. U njemu se nalazi sloj koji se zove <strong>ro\u017enati sloj (stratum corneum)<\/strong>, i upravo on ima klju\u010dnu ulogu u zadr\u017eavanju vlage. To je skup jedinjenja kao \u0161to su urea, mle\u010dna kiselina, aminokiseline i drugi molekuli koji vezuju vodu i poma\u017eu ko\u017ei da ostane vla\u017ena. Ovi molekuli se nalaze unutar \u0107elija i doprinose elasti\u010dnosti i zdravom izgledu ko\u017ee.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>Kada je ta za\u0161titna barijera naru\u0161ena, zbog pre\u010destog \u010di\u0161\u0107enja, suvog vazduha, upotrebe agresivnih proizvoda, <a href=\"https:\/\/aleksandarmn.com\/blog\/stalna-nervoza-i-napetost-hronicni-stres\/\">ili \u010dak stresa,<\/a> ko\u017ea po\u010dinje da gubi vodu kroz proces koji se zove <strong>transepidermalni gubitak vode (TEWL)<\/strong>. To dovodi do ose\u0107aja zategnutosti, perutanja, smanjene elasti\u010dnosti i pove\u0107ane osetljivosti.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Suva ili dehidrirana ko\u017ea?<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p>Va\u017eno je razumeti razliku izme\u0111u <strong>suve<\/strong> i <strong>dehidrirane<\/strong> ko\u017ee. Suva ko\u017ea je tip ko\u017ee koju karakteri\u0161e smanjeno lu\u010denje sebuma i slabija proizvodnja lipida, i obi\u010dno je hroni\u010dno suva. Dehidrirana ko\u017ea je, s druge strane, stanje koje se mo\u017ee javiti kod svih tipova ko\u017ee, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i masnu. To je ko\u017ea kojoj nedostaje voda, a ne nu\u017eno ulje. Ali da bismo odabrali <a href=\"https:\/\/aleksandarmn.com\/kozmetika\/nega-lica\">proizvod koji zaista poma\u017ee ko\u017ei da zadr\u017ei vlagu,<\/a> va\u017eno je razumeti osnovne grupe sastojaka koje se koriste u kozmetici za hidrataciju. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i humektansi su <strong>hijaluronska kiselina<\/strong>, <strong>glicerin<\/strong>, <strong>urea<\/strong> i <strong>aloe vera<\/strong>. Hijaluronska kiselina se \u010desto promovi\u0161e zbog svoje sposobnosti da zadr\u017ei mnogo puta vi\u0161e vode od svoje te\u017eine, ali to ne zna\u010di da je svaka formulacija sa hijaluronom jednako efikasna \u2013 zavisi i od veli\u010dine molekula i od ostatka formule.<\/p>\n<p>Humektansi se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e nalaze <a href=\"https:\/\/aleksandarmn.com\/blog\/najbolji-serum-za-lice-sa-peptidima-ili-ceramidima\/\">u laganim serumima<\/a>, gelovima i tonerima koji se nanose na \u010distu, vla\u017enu ko\u017eu \u2013 idealno kao prvi korak nakon \u010di\u0161\u0107enja, pre kreme.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><h4><strong>2. Emolijensi<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Emolijensi su sastojci koji omek\u0161avaju ko\u017eu i popunjavaju male pukotine u njenoj povr\u0161ini, \u0161to doprinosi glatko\u0107i i elasti\u010dnosti. Oni ne zadr\u017eavaju vodu direktno, ve\u0107 pobolj\u0161avaju teksturu i ose\u0107aj ko\u017ee. U ovu grupu spadaju <strong>biljna ulja<\/strong>, <strong>masne kiseline<\/strong>, <strong>skvalan<\/strong>, <strong>silikoni<\/strong> i sli\u010dni sastojci. Emolijensi su posebno va\u017eni kod suve ko\u017ee jer doprinose ose\u0107aju \u201enahranjenosti\u201c.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"1092\">Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e su prisutni u balzamima, emulzijama i kremama kao \u0161to je<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aleksandarmn.com\/bocassy-max-moisturizer-krema-za-negu-i-zastitu-osetljive-i-ostecene.html\"> Bocassy Max Moisturizer<\/a><\/strong>. To je formula koje ostavljaju ko\u017eu mekom, bez ose\u0107aja zatezanja. Okluzivi<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ovo su sastojci koji formiraju za\u0161titni sloj na povr\u0161ini ko\u017ee i <strong>spre\u010davaju isparavanje vode<\/strong>. Bez okluziva, humektansi mogu \u010dak pogor\u0161ati stanje jer privuku vlagu na povr\u0161inu ko\u017ee, ali ako se ta vlaga brzo izgubi \u2013 ko\u017ea ostaje jo\u0161 vi\u0161e dehidrirana. Najpoznatiji okluzivi su <strong>vazelin<\/strong>, <strong>lanolin<\/strong>, <strong>voskovi<\/strong> i neka biljna ulja poput <strong>ricinusovog<\/strong> i <strong>kokosovog<\/strong>. Ulaganje u dobar okluziv ima smisla posebno zimi ili u suvim sredinama.<\/p>\n<p>Ovi sastojci se nalaze u balzamima, mastima i bogatim kremama. Kod izrazito suve ko\u017ee ili u hladnijim mesecima, okluzivni sloj mo\u017ee se nanositi kao poslednji korak \u2013<a href=\"https:\/\/www.harpersbazaar.rs\/lepota\/nega-koze\/slugging-skincare\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> takozvani &#8220;slugging&#8221;<\/a>, posebno u ve\u010dernjoj rutini.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\"><h3>Pravilan redosled je klju\u010dan.<\/h3><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-10\"><p>Za efikasnu spolja\u0161nju hidrataciju, proizvodi se nanose tako da se humektansi stavljaju prvo (na vla\u017enu ko\u017eu), zatim emolijensi, a na kraju okluziv \u2013 ako je potreban. Naravno, ne mora svaka rutina imati sve ove korake, ali ako razumemo njihovu funkciju lak\u0161e \u0107emo napraviti pravi izbor prema potrebama sopstvene ko\u017ee.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Nije svejedno ni \u010dime \u010distimo ko\u017eu.<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-11\"><p>Mnogi agresivni \u010dista\u010di i sapuni remete pH vrednost ko\u017ee i o\u0161te\u0107uju za\u0161titnu barijeru, \u0161to direktno pove\u0107ava transepidermalni gubitak vode. Hidratacija ko\u017ee zapravo po\u010dinje mnogo pre nego \u0161to do\u0111emo do kozmetike \u2013 u svakodnevnim navikama, ishrani i ravnote\u017ei u organizmu.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-7 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Voda je osnova svega, ali ne i \u010darobni \u0161tapi\u0107<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-13\"><p>Voda je osnova za funkcionisanje svake \u0107elije u telu, pa i za \u0107elije ko\u017ee. Kada organizmu fali te\u010dnosti, ko\u017ea to me\u0111u prvima oseti i postaje zategnuta, siva i manje elasti\u010dna. Ipak, va\u017eno je naglasiti da voda iz \u010da\u0161e ne ide direktno u ko\u017eu. Organizam prvo koristi te\u010dnost za va\u017ene funkcije poput cirkulacije, regulacije temperature i varenja.
