Tamni podo\u010dnjaci i kolutovi oko o\u010diju lako stvaraju takav utisak, a ponekad i postaju problem koji prevazilazi samu estetiku. Oni mogu u\u010diniti da delujemo iscrpljeno i starije nego \u0161to jesmo, ali iza njih se ponekad krije mnogo vi\u0161e od neprospavane no\u0107i: od genetike i starenja ko\u017ee, do \u017eivotnih navika i odre\u0111enih zdravstvenih stanja.<!--more--><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>Gotovo svi \u017eele da podo\u010dnjake re\u0161e \u0161to pre, ali pre nego \u0161to krenemo u potragu za re\u0161enjem, potrebno je postaviti jedno va\u017eno pitanje: <strong>\u0161ta zapravo uzrok tamnih podo\u010dnjaka?<\/strong> Da li je u pitanju prolazna iscrpljenost ili signal da se u organizmu de\u0161ava ne\u0161to dublje? Evo naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Genetika i tip ko\u017ee<\/strong><br \/>\nNeki ljudi jednostavno imaju prirodno tanju ko\u017eu ispod o\u010diju ili izra\u017eenije kapilare, pa se podo\u010dnjaci vide \u010dak i kada su potpuno odmorni.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nedostatak sna i umor<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/aleksandarmn.com\/blog\/najbolji-prirodan-lek-za-spavanje\/\">Premalo sna ili lo\u0161 kvalitet sna<\/a> dovode do bledila ko\u017ee i nagla\u0161avaju krvne sudove ispod o\u010diju, \u0161to daje tamniji izgled.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nezdrave navike<\/strong><br \/>\nPrevi\u0161e soli u ishrani, alkohol, cigarete i dehidracija uti\u010du na cirkulaciju i zadr\u017eavanje te\u010dnosti, pa o\u010di izgledaju modro, nate\u010deno i umorno.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Starenje ko\u017ee<\/strong><br \/>\nKako starimo, ko\u017ea gubi kolagen i elasti\u010dnost, postaje tanja i prozirnija, pa krvni sudovi ispod nje postaju sve vidljiviji.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zdravstveni problemi<\/strong><br \/>\nTamni podo\u010dnjaci ponekad nisu samo estetski problem. Mogu ukazivati na anemiju (posebno manjak gvo\u017e\u0111a i B12), alergije, hroni\u010dne probleme sa sinusima, hormonski disbalans, pa \u010dak i poreme\u0107aje u radu jetre i bubrega.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>Ako se pronalazite u <strong>vi\u0161e od jedne kategorije<\/strong>, to je sasvim normalno, podo\u010dnjaci su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e rezultat <strong>kombinacije uzroka<\/strong> (npr. genetika + manjak sna, ili starenje + dehidracija). Re\u0161enja mogu biti jednostavna: vi\u0161e sna, bolja hidratacija i pravilan izbor namirnica, ali i ciljana, uz pomo\u0107 suplemenata i nege. Klju\u010d je u tome da prona\u0111ete ono \u0161to je najbli\u017ee uzroku ba\u0161 va\u0161ih podo\u010dnjaka.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><h3>1. Promena \u017eivotnih navika su osnova zdravog izgleda ko\u017ee<\/h3>\n<p>Tamni podo\u010dnjaci se \u010desto javljaju kao posledica svakodnevnih navika koje optere\u0107uju organizam. Nedostatak sna, lo\u0161a hidratacija, previ\u0161e soli ili alkohola \u2013 sve to uti\u010de na cirkulaciju, zadr\u017eavanje te\u010dnosti i regeneraciju ko\u017ee.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>San<\/strong> \u2013 Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i \u201ekrivac\u201c za podo\u010dnjake jeste neispavanost. Kada ne spavamo dovoljno, krvni sudovi se \u0161ire i postaju vidljiviji ispod tanke ko\u017ee oko o\u010diju, stvaraju\u0107i crne kolutove. Ciljajte na 7\u20138 sati kvalitetnog sna i trudite se da odlazite u krevet u isto vreme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hidratacija<\/strong> \u2013 Voda poma\u017ee da ko\u017ea zadr\u017ei elasti\u010dnost i da se smanji zadr\u017eavanje te\u010dnosti koje izaziva otoke. Ako pijete manje od 1,5\u20132 litre vode dnevno, to mo\u017ee biti jedan od razloga za izra\u017eene podo\u010dnjake.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ishrana<\/strong> \u2013 Previ\u0161e soli doprinosi nakupljanju te\u010dnosti i jutarnjim otocima. Alkohol dodatno dehidrira organizam, \u010dine\u0107i ko\u017eu jo\u0161 tanjom i podlo\u017enijom tamnim senkama. Poku\u0161ajte da smanjite unos soli i alkohola, a pove\u0107ajte unos sve\u017eeg vo\u0107a, povr\u0107a i hrane bogate antioksidansima.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pokret<\/strong> \u2013 Fizi\u010dka aktivnost podsti\u010de cirkulaciju, a samim tim i bolji protok krvi u predelu lica. Ishrana i suplementi<\/h3>\n<p>Koliko god kreme i tretmani delovali primamljivo, ko\u017ea oko o\u010diju ne\u0107e izgledati odmorno ako telo iznutra nema dovoljno hranljivih materija.
